Today I was in Bank. One Hispanic guy fully tattooed except his face, first scanned his debt card at the teller, it failed to work. Asked teller to activate. She asked for Id, he told her date is not valid. When she saw Id it was not only expired but different picture. She refused to act, he became pretty agitated that he should be able to withdraw money. She got really scared but he left window. Outside he was agitated , I think it was all stolen and he was illegal.

Prime candidate for ICE. This is California.
