Au contraire. Comey is hurting Trump by calling him a liar and saying that he perceived Trump's statements on Flynn about letting it go as a direct order to stop the investigation. This constitutes obstruction of justice. Comey had never reported it.

just saw you know..that poster is a staunch supporter of trump..has called me a Nevertrumper frequently..and even tried to find posts from me from 2016 that shows I didn’t want Trump...to no avail.

But he has also said Trump will lose him if Sessions gets fired
