London Mayor Sadiq Khan seems to have floated canceling the city’s plans to hold a state visit ceremony for President Trump’s first arrival to the Great Britain.
Khan gave an interview to Channel 4 News on Monday, where he discussed the city’s anti-terror plan while lamenting about the current budget for the police force. Khan was eventually asked about what Trump’s “got against [him]” since the president has decided to slam him so much ever since the attacks near London Bridge.
With obvious exasperation, Khan reiterated his office’s previous statements about how he’s been dealing with more pressing matters than Trump’s tweets recently. When asked if Trump’s state visit to the UK should be called off, Khan said that Trump was wrong about “many things” and he suggested that cancelling the ceremony was not out of the question.
“I don’t think we should roll out the red carpet to the President of the USA in the circumstances where his policies go against everything we stand for,” Khan said.
Trump has attacked Khan multiple times recently, even as his city faces the fallout from the horrific events of the past weekend.

There is no better summation of what Britain in 2017 is about - a Muslim mayor of London saying that the president of the United States should not be honored when he pays a visit. Disgraceful.
Nothing improves regarding terrorism until the lslamofascists start targeting guys like Khan. As long as leftist government leaders are protected from the consequences of their facilitating terrorists, there will be no push back. Once Khan’s, or any American democrat’s family is a victim, there may be some halt in letting these creeps operate.
I am a history buff, know it well ( okay...not ALL of it, but a great deal of it ) and Churchill and his ancestors, have always been a favorite area of interest of mine.
You should see it over there. The whole of London is people of color. You can get stuck in these little neighborhoods where ever single sign on every building is in Farsi or whatever the hell those scribbles are. I will never go back there. Its a toilet.

Trump is entirely right about the mayor of London who has bashed him consistently and touted his model of London as a way to prevent terrorism all the while taking in more refugees. His model has failed, and instead of acknowledging that, he tells folks terror is part of living in a big city, don’t be alarmed, and that London is the safest or one of the safest big cities in the world. Instead of working to ban terrorists, he’s working to ban the U.S. President.
Of course this Mussie is having a fit about President Trump. President Trump represents the necessary back bone to stand up to the Mussie plan of conquest. To Khan, Trump is like the cross to Dracula. Khan’s plans from the crypt will be crushed when Trump puts the Brits on track in controlling these Mussie savages.

I think what you probably read was based on the fact that about 40% of all British Muslims live in London.

It appears to me that Great Britain already is on that 'slippery slope" to conquest by Islamists, because the politicians are unwilling or unable to take the measures needed to protect their own citizens. One such measure would be to inter all Muslims on the watch list, and stop or pause taking in immigrants from Muslim nations that harbor and train terrorists.
Great Britain also has a problem with radicalized terrorists who are children of immigrants.
The Labour Party is totally unwilling to take such measures. The Conservative Party is too weak to overcome the onslaught by the Labour Party should they recommend such measures.
What will it take for the government to protect their forgotten people? It may be too little, too late.
