My 401K plan has been going wild for months now. (Although, undoubtedly, when it comes time to claim it, a Dem will be in office and it will be worthless.)

Hopefully your plan allows you options as far as industries, etc. that you can choose to invest in. I’ve had a lot of experience as administrator and fiduciary for plans and people really respond to information and options.
