Court docket may be found here: https://www.dccourts.gov/cco/maincase.jsf
Last name = ASKARYAR
First name = BILAL
According to DC Superior Court documents, Mr. Askaryar faced four charges:
Offense #1: Assault of a police officer
Offense #2: Failure to obey officer
Offense #3: Simple assault
Offense #4: Unlawful assembly / disorderly conduct
Based on a police report published by the Los Angeles Times, the victim of Offense #3, Simple Assault, appears to be SecEd Betsy DeVos. Notice that Offense #3 is "assaulting/impeding U.S. government cabinet member".
It is not clear from the online court records whether Mr. Askaryar pleaded guilty to all or just some of the charges he faced. Mr. Askaryar entered into a Deferred Sentencing Agreement with the prosecution.
Interestingly, Mr. Askaryar visited the Obama White House no fewer than three times. See: Bilal Askaryar White House logs
.... Mr. Askaryar entered into a Deferred Sentencing Agreement with the prosecution...
Something tells me we will soon hear from Mr. Askaryar again.
“Something tells me we will soon hear from Mr. Askaryar again.”
“Bilal Askaryar” sounds Turkish....
Hopefully we will all be outside the blast radius when we do!/s
That’s a big 10-4 good buddy on that one!
I should have given Tim Carney the tip about the guilty plea. I’m not sending it to anyone else now. It happened two days ago and is getting stale.
Good job
Better job with names cited
He was a visitor to Obama;s White House??? OMG!! Must be a MUSLIM.
Highly likely as his first name is Bilal, the name of the first muezzin (announcer of the call to prayer) under the Prophet Mohammed.

DEVOS PROTESTER PLEADS GUILTY TO MISDEMEANOR CHARGES:The 31-year-old protester who clashed with DeVos outside Jefferson Middle School Academy during her first visit to a public school has entered a guilty plea as part of an agreement that will allow for his case to be dismissed in six months and his record cleared if he stays out of trouble. Bilal Ahmed Askaryar of Washington had faced misdemeanor assault charges in connection to the high-profile incident in February in which DeVos was temporarily blocked from entering the school. He entered the plea last week in Superior Court, according to court records obtained by POLITICO. Under the terms, Askaryar has agreed to stay away from the school and perform 48 hours of community service. The incident was a catalyst for the U.S. Marshals taking the unusual step of providing a protective detail for DeVos with costs that could amount to nearly $8 million over an eight-month period.
