No drive totally would be my choice since he can afford a bunch of full time chauffeurs round the clock.

Tiger’s “people” sure have a handle on defending him and covering for him with lies. Terrible shame, 8 years since his last major. Those 8 years have been totally a waste for him and unproductive. If he didn’t mess up his life with performance enhancing drugs he’d have broken Jack’s major wins....now he’ll be lucky to win a tournament, much less a major.

Expected reaction to all-night drinking never occurred to him I guess. :-)

Well, I never thought anyone would make John Daly look good, but Tiger's doing that no.

I sometimes have an "unexpected reaction" when I accidentally take a double dose of these capsules.

He blew a 0 on the breathalyzer.

He was asleep in the car, in a right turn lane, turn signal on and foot on the brake. His speech was very slow and slurred. He didn’t seem to know where he was coming from or going, and wanted to know far away he was from his house.

This entire thread may as well be removed, since the police report contradicts all of the media reports on this story. LOL.

He looks like he’s on something way past a 3 day drunk in that mug picture. Wow, it’s awful.

Whoa! That’s insane..he could’ve easily killed himself or others but it was 3am.
Asleep at the wheel with foot on brake!? Wonder how long he was like that?

The refusal is not the equivalent of a guilty plea. Under the model OWI statute refusal is just “evidence of intoxication” which can be rebutted by the defendant. Many experienced OWI attorneys have operated on the assumption that it’s easier to deal with a refusal at trial than a test result over the legal limit.

Sounds like it could have ended up much worse. He was very confused and sleepy. It reminds me of a strange sleep walking episode.

He was told to recite the alphabet slowly, but thought he was told to recite the National Anthem backwards. He was so out of it, I have to wonder how he even got in the car.

“Refusing a breathalyzer is smart, particularly if you know you haven’t been drinking.”

Not necessarily. In at least one state (New Mexico), refusal to take a breathalyzer automatically raises the charges to aggravated DWI, a felony.

Totally out of it, couldn’t even walk.
When was his last surgery? Those meds he’s taking are for post-surgery, not everyday use. I’m surprised he was able to name all the drugs he’s taken or taking. Vioxx? Where’d he getting that stuff?? Thought illegal here.
Tiger a druggie.
Hopefully this is a wake up call.
