The FBI has illegally shared raw intelligence about Americans with unauthorized third parties and violated other constitutional privacy protections, according to newly declassified government documents that undercut the bureaus public assurances about how carefully it handles warrantless spy data to avoid abuses or leaks. 2 of 30 In his final congressional testimony before he was fired by President Trump this month, then-FBI Director James Comey unequivocally told lawmakers his agency used sensitive espionage data gathered about Americans without a warrant only when it was lawfully collected, carefully overseen and checked.
Once-top secret U.S. intelligence community memos reviewed by Circa tell a different story, citing instances of disregard for rules, inadequate training and deficient oversight and even one case of deliberately sharing spy data with a forbidden party. 3 of 30 For instance, a ruling declassified this month by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA) chronicles nearly 10 pages listing hundreds of violations of the FBIs privacy-protecting minimization rules that occurred on Comeys watch.
The behavior the FBI admitted to a FISA judge just last month ranged from illegally sharing raw intelligence with unauthorized third parties to accessing intercepted attorney-client privileged communications without proper oversight the bureau promised was in place years ago. 4 of 30 The court also opined aloud that it fears the violations are more extensive than already disclosed.
The Court is nonetheless concerned about the FBIs apparent disregard of minimization rules and whether the FBI is engaging in similar disclosures of raw Section 702 information that have not been reported, the April 2017 ruling declared.

Personally, I would like to know what is meant by a “forbidden person”.
They also saw it.
need names
expect to see: DNC & MM
Name names!
We need the names of these private parties.
++++
That would be nice. But I don’t expect it.
I also don’t expect to see the release of the names of those that were spied on. That’s actually understandable.
In lieu of that data, however, how about a breakdown by political affiliation of both the private parties and those spied on.
I’m thinking there will be a large bias in favor of the Left for the private parties and Trump affiliates for those spied on in the 2016 time frame.
What Congressional committee handles this type of federal crime? They better be on this quickly!
If there are not arrests and prosecutions we will know that Fedzilla is beyond the law.
No warrant...then go to prison for a felony.
Drain the entire city
Screw congress. They have hearings and then never do an effing thing. It's the Justice Department that prosecutes federal crimes.
Comey, Clapper, Lynch, Holder, Jarret, Obsma, need to go to prison for life.
That would be the Justice Department under Comey investigating its self?
Third Party = DNC
Liberals demonstrate and ‘resist’ when one of their own gets a hangnail... and Conservatives sit on their fat, lazy a*eS when stuff like this happens.
More than likely this criminal activity will die just like the Hillary criminal activity did. America is finished and President Trump cannot clean it up alone. Much of the Republican party is as corrupt as the Democrats.
And also the names of the Americans citizens unmasked and spread around by these thugs.
I'm betting we would see names like Andrew Breitbart and Jim Robinson.
Sessions better go after this abuse of power.
