She then said that after she read the statement, she would take down and submit my complaint. I have always had very courteous and competent with every USAA representative I’ve dealt with.
What is their official release? “We do not sponsor opinion shows”?
For any that are thinking of leaving, don’t pull all accounts out of spite. My USAA credit card, for example, is 5% points lower than others. If I pull anything out, it will be in investments.
Like so many here, I have three decades plus with USAA. The experience you reported is what I would expect.

Put my Pop on the case. A few of his Army buds are on the BOD for USAA. He has expressed his displeasure directly to them.
