Abbas is head of a movement which has committed countless vast numbers of terrorist acts. Why do we even talk to or fund that POS terrorist? Just because he pretends to be the “political” wing of the PLO (now PA) doesn’t mean he is not a terrorist, too.
Your missing the point. If Abbas will stand with the leaders of the world abhor terror and work to disintegrate ISIS, he is a member of the community of nations. The same is true for Israel.
