Bangs? Did someone point a finger and go "bang, bang"? Or, did someone point a finger and scream "bang, bang!"? ("loud bangs")
Quite a bit of difference in a bang and an explosion!
But the Brits might say “bang” where we would say “explosion”. Like they say get a “jab”, like a vaccine, while we say “shot”.
I moved to New Jersey almost 30 years ago, I must have lived here 10 years before I could say “down the shore”, now I actually live “down the shore”. It’s weird.
I keep thinking that one of these atrocities will be enough to wake people up, but I keep being disappointed. More will have to die I suppose before people “GET IT”.
