There was always relationship issues on boats.
First 2 weeks out and last two weeks back, Fights galore about the cheating woman that was cheating with your shipmate. and yer stuck with that SOB for 4 months.
Generally speaking the crew would kick their arse and tell them to knock it off, and all went well while on station.
