You don’t expect the cops to know the law do you?? I take a threat of bodily harm the same as an actual attempt. As such it will receive the maximum brutal defensive retaliation possible.
Oh, the cops do know the law.
They used it on my kid, when he ‘threatened’ them.
They ‘felt actually threatened’, in a cop shop, surrounded by guns and more cops.
PC 422 when charged as a felony is a strike.
