Talk about Chutzpah! Not sure who's more to blame, the illegals for being stupid enough to report to a US military base with false credentials, or the company they work for for sending them there!

There is, of course, the usual "activists" wailing that they have spotless records, pay their taxes, and the usual blather. Personally, I can see two felonies against each:

1) Entering the country illegally,
2) Fraudulent use of a Social Security Number

But what do I know? I'm just a mean-spirited white dude.

both undocumented immigrants from Jalisco, Mexico who have been in the United States for more than a decade
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
They had documents, fraudulent ones, as do most illegal aliens.
There are NO “law-abiding” illegal aliens.
These guys should have been deported a decade ago and should be now.
He should be thankful he got away with it for so long.
He is/was waaaay past overdue for deportation.
He and all the other illegal aliens (thats right, illegals, not so called undocumented immigrants) should be expecting this!
Hmmm, If I am not mistaken prevailing wages on a military base is some pretty good money. I can’t image a contractor would have too hard of a time finding actual U.S. citizens to do the work. I think the contractor needs to be investigated at the very least.
From the picture caption in the article:
...comfort each other while talking about the recent deletion of their husbands Hugo Mejia and Rodrigo Nunez...
If only that were accurate.
Also, he's been here illegally for over a decade and had to speak through a translator??? Assimilation, Mexican style.
Warren aka Fauxahontas rips Trump in commencement speech: No one is above the law
The Hill ^ | May 12, 2017 | Jordain Carney
Posted on 5/13/2017, 7:14:23 AM by Zakeet
Sen. Elizabeth Warren (Dumb-Mass) took multiple swipes at the Trump administration during a commencement address Friday, days after President Trump fired FBI Director James Comey.
Warren pivoted to Trump during a speech at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, offering suggestions for specific causes graduates could get more involved in.
“I’m trying to keep this apolitical but I can’t help myself ... the principle that no one, no one in this country is above the law and we need a Justice Department, not an obstruction of justice department,” Warren said.
As per this worthless $inator, send them back home they broke US laws twice with at least two felonies.
“Personally, I can see two felonies against each:”
1) Entering the country illegally,
2) Fraudulent use of a Social Security Number
I would add to that list the name(s) of those who cleared that company to work on US military reservation.
If the douchebag(s) couldn’t be bothered to screen for illegals, then they also didn’t screen for jihadscum, spies, saboteurs or any other risks.
Entering the country illegally the first time is not a felony, 2nd and subsequent illegal entries are felony’s. Invalid SS’s I suspect are felonies. Bush, Obama rarely charged these violations. I think Trump will.
This whole article prattles on about illegal immigrants,felonies, improper use of Social Security numbers and errant government contractors, and the last paragraph relates to five birds?
Just send all of California back to Mexico. The rest of us will not miss them when they are gone.
So if these women are these guys “wives,” why are their surnames different? And are they themselves also “illegally present” is our country. If that’s the case, were their children born here? Maybe ICE needs to pack up both families and drop them off back in Jalisco.
If Mexico spent half as much time as they do trying to send their “excess population” here, working to make their country a good place for ALL their citizens, it would be better for everyone.
I hear little about the idea of putting pressure on Mexico to become a true constitutional democratic republic which respects human rights instead of the mess they are.
This would go a long way toward creating a vibrant economy which could support their population.
Part of the problem, especially in CA, is if a document is presented to you, you have to accept it unless the agency contact you to say it is false. I got in trouble refusing a multi-color SSN card. It was so obvious a forgery that it was laughable and it was blurry to boot. I was told that I am not an expert in forged documents so I was not in a position to determine its authenticity. Employers are damned if the do damned if they don’t. Funny thing is, anyone can go to the local social security office and get a card/number. If you aren’t legal or lack documentation you get a funky 999 or 995 number.
What they don’t mention is when someone uses you SSN, if they draw benefits, they deplete your benefits. This happened to a driver of mine. He tried to collect disability for a heart condition and was denied because his benefits were depleted. He had a heck of a time proving the fraud.
