He’s describing a textbook example of organic emergent human behaviors in an unmanaged environment. The man needs a competent executive to manage activities grown beyond his personal ability to deal with.
First thing that executive would do is make sure people have the information they need to do their jobs so they don’t have to accost the big guy in the halls to get it.
This was actually the correct letter to write, in spirit at least. But it needed to come from someone else to be seen as something other than petulance.
I do hope that someone he trusts comes to the same conclusion.
Maybe he wants to do this himself, rather than hire a yapping weasel to walk in front of him, clearing the way. I don’t blame him.
