James Comey’s Testimony on Huma Abedin Forwarding Emails Was Inaccurate

Huma Abedin — Weiner’s wife and a top Clinton deputy — had made “a regular practice” of forwarding “hundreds and thousands” of Clinton messages to her husband, “some of which contain classified information.” Comey testified that Abedin had done this so that the disgraced former congressman could print them out for her boss. (Weiner’s laptop was seized after he came under criminal investigation for sex crimes, following a media report about his online relationship with a teenager.)

The problem: Much of what Comey said about this was inaccurate. Now the FBI is trying to figure out what to do about it.

FBI officials have privately acknowledged that Comey misstated what Abedin did and what the FBI investigators found. On Monday, the FBI was said to be preparing to correct the record by sending a letter to Congress later this week. But that plan now appears on hold, with the bureau undecided about what to do.

They continued to commit these crimes because they were convinced her Heinous would win.
They believed themselves to be as safe as Holder, Koskinen, Clapper, Lerner, Lynch, Rice, Abedin, Weiner and the rest.

Of course Snopes and other `rat enablers denied this happened but ... shortly after her interview with Matt Lauer, Hillary Clinton stormed off the set, proclaiming, “If [Donald Trump] wins, we all hang from nooses! Lauer’s finished … and if I lose it’s all on your heads for screwing this up.”

We’ve seen eight years of Democrats and their friends thumbing their noses at the law. They knew (and know) what they did as wrong.
Fear of consequences is the main reason most people obey the law.
It’s past time to put respect for the law into them or we can expect more lawlessness from them in the future.

Maybe President Trump could take a break from doing some of the things he said he would not do, like policing the world, and tell his AG to do something he said he would do:

“He also said she’ll go to jail for putting national secrets at risk.”

Okay, I'm confused...

Are they saying that there was NOT hundreds of thousands of emails on Huma Abedin's shared computer, or are they saying that she didn't ask Weiner to print them out?

Have they accounted for WHY the emails were there if it wasn't because she forwarded them for printing?

Agree .....then remove him from the investigations he lied about. DOJ / Congress had better get on this issue FAST as the cockroaches are coming out into the light of day again, feeling emboldened by the lack of aggressive investigations and prosecutions in this BS. Midterm elections can clog progress worse than RAT’s / RINO’s and GOP-E are doing now...... Act NOW !

None of this matters.
The FBI, Congress and even Mr. Trump never had any, “intent” to prosecute Hillary’s criminality.

The problem is the vast double-standards. The libtards can lie and lie and cheat and commit crimes, no problem. Let one Scooter Libby have a trivial difference of recollection with a libtard, and they can throw the book at him. Team Trump cannot afford any mistakes at all.

The Democraps, otoh, behave recklessly with impunity.

Lots of dust and debris getting kicked into the air by media reports....as well as those testifying. It does look like a lot of theater and unfortunately the truth likely will get lost somewhere in between curtain performance. No matter what is or not stated the final determination will be made by those who will access what's been stated and not stated.....so the bottom line is will or not anyone be prosecuted even if the outcome shows worthy of?...I doubt it.

I would be happy if ONLY they would appoint a special prosecutor for now.

Make that bitch think she could actually do some real time.

People call it a double standard, but it is really that the Liberals don’t have any standards, so they can do anything they want.

Comey was once again trying to rationalize his failure to provide the incriminating evidence and recommend prosecution for another blatant violation of the laws pertaining to handling of classified information.

.....”None of this matters..The FBI, Congress and even Mr. Trump never had any, “intent” to prosecute Hillary’s criminality.”.....

So then those in political office are indeed a protected class from prosecution unless they themselves determine a select fall person to take the rap...and all those in these hearings etc. are simply a waste of money and time?

So why have these committee’s in the first place if the outcome is always the same.

Looks more like the liberal media is scrambling to do something about what he said.

Although smart phones such as a Blackberry are small computers and can be used to send and receive emails, I highly, highly doubt one would be used as a storage device to back up emails. Smart phones don’t have that kind of storage capacity. Most email applications have a means to back up to large capacity storage such as a hard drive in a laptop or desktop computer, or a server, or what is known these days as the cloud (Internet storage). I think Comey is either incredibly stupid or incredibly duplicitous, maybe a bit of both.

Not familiar with Blackberry, but most email accounts are stored in the the hosting server and updated thru a mail app on the device via a connection method like IMAP. There is no need to backup email on a personal laptop and no need to download the entire account to a smartphone.

Of course with all the nefarious goings on with Clinton and her personal email server, it would figure if the system was backing up to the Weiner's laptop.

Exactly. It surprises me that people are still wailing about it. It’s over. Done. Finito. Waste of time. No one will ever be prosecuted.

Because of the confusion, I think we need an independent prosecutor to look into the matter

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

In my mind, I’d much rather have the AG do the prosecution. An “independent” prosecutor leaves far too much room for Dems to influence or muddy the investigation.

When asked questions like: "If so-and-so has obtained or read classified information, did they commit a crime?" the answer was always, "Perhaps". The question(s) should have been:

How could Anthony Weiner have legally stored classified info on his laptop?

During forensic review of a target's laptop, and a directory is labeled "INSURANCE", is that indicative of blackmail, storage for use in the future if the heat is on, or other nefarious or improper storage?

Did Huma break the law in sending her husband classified information if the reason was simply to have him print the documents for later use?

If the printing of classified information at a person's home considered "taking care" to protect classified information, when the person doing the printing does not hold top-secret clearance?

Some animals are more equal than others. Nothing will happen to the crooktons.

What are you talking about?

First that had zip to do with my comment, second, a lot has happened to the Clinton's. She suffered the biggest upset in American political history. She was not elected president of the United States. That was their big prize, their big goal. And they lost big.

No?

I used to work in the government...the DOD end of it.

The correct term to use is “they are all getting their “stories right.” A common act to ensure that everyone has the same story and is on the same page as which they are directed to use. In other words...lies! Ben there...done that.

Don’t get the story right and you will not be one of the elite and can forget promotions in the future.
