It'd be easy to dismiss this as just more Fake News from the Clinton News Network, except it would be credible to think that Obama and the NSA had hacked and wiretapped General Flynn just as he did everyone else.

The real story: Once Trump started using Flynn as an advisor during the campaign, Obama intensified their spying on Flynn.
What a vile tactic it is to say someone’s name “kept popping up” without any charge or context.
