Some people here are of the naive notion that “turn it off” is the answer.

It’s ONE part. Blasting the companies that advertise on his show, holding his show up to the same standards the FCC holds other’s shows up to is another.

I’m sure there are others that i’m not bright enough to think of.

That’s the answer,but the thing that REALLY gets me is that if a comedian had said any of this about Obama they would have been pilloried.

The double standard in this country is mind-boggling.

I was just reading about UC Santa Cruz giving in to the demands of the black students. Astonishing. Can you imagine if a group of white students made the same demands?

It’s sponsors, and advertisers. But don’t stop there. It’s also businesses that do business with those advertisers and sponsors as well.

yep. these threads invariably become “I cut the cable, and am morally superior for it” parades. I have no idea why people think I will be impressed by their utility bills — or lack thereof.
