Ah yes, the old repair existing fence stuff. There’s plenty of places where fencing existed in the 60s. Disappeared along the way, buried in sand or corroded or lost in some random rabbit stampede. ‘Bout time we replaced that existing disappeared fencing, don’tcha think? $300M for ‘repairs’ in less than 6 months? Sometimes one has to tap into the inner government lacky mindset to understand how to do some things. And set aside that logical, smart, by the numbers intelligent person for a moment.
