... He goes over Ryan’s head to the public to deliver on what he promised—or his presidency is over.

It is just that stark and just that Manichaean, Trump acts with integrity now or he is finished. His transparent effort by Tweet to have it both ways might appeal to some of his cult followers but a growing minority of conservatives are regaining their powers of discernment and will have none of it.

The only thing he has is the fact that his enemies, including GOP, are afraid of him. The moment they lose their fear of him, and that moment may be imminent, he becomes a figure-head.

We didn't choose him believing him to be perfect, we chose him believing he would fight. The moment people, his friends and enemies both, realize he isn't prepared to fight, it is over. They will slow-walk him and tie him down like Gulliver's Lilliputians.

Cultists? Yawn. So easy to cast stones from the peanut gallery. It’s clear now GOP plantation “conservatives” never learn and are unable to discern beltway kabuki.

The fact is we’ve gotten more conservatism out of Trump than the entire careerist beltway “conservative” GOP back bench caucus has ever given us.

Cult followers?

That you Hillary?

How many times has Trump been “over”?

How is Trump responsible for the Republican Congressional travesty? Ryan said he would never support Trump, remember? And the Republicans in the House choose to support Ryan.

I remember every time Reagan submitted a budget, the Democrats would say that it was DOA. It usually was. Then the Democrats spent like crazy and blamed it all on Reagan.
