Conservative provocateur Milo Yiannopoulos announced Friday that he has secured $12 million in funding to start a media company.
Yiannopoulos said in a Facebook post that he has secured the funding from undisclosed investors and has hired a "seasoned media executive" to manage a 30-person team based in Miami.
The new company will be titled MILO, Inc. and will manage his books, tours, merchandise, as well as TV and radio "opportunities." The alt-right figure said his media company would be aimed at "the destruction of political correctness and the progressive left."
"This isn't some vanity nameplate on a personal blog. This is a fully tooled-up talent factory and management company dedicated to the destruction of political correctness and the progressive left," Yiannopoulos said in the post.
"I will spend every waking moment of the rest of my life making the lives of journalists, professors, politicians, feminists, Black Lives Matter activists and other professional victims a living hell," he added.
Yiannopoulos announced plans to start an independent media company in February following his resignation from Breitbart News in the wake of outcry over his years-old comments about sexual relationships between "younger boys and older men."

Learning the love of the Lord is the only true treatment.
In homosexuality and other paraphilias, evil spirits work a distortion of love. The love given by Jesus will dig a soul out of that hole, but how long it takes and how much trouble it is depends in part on how long and intensely the sin has been going on. A whole new frame of mind needs to be learned.
No worries here on that score.
I wish him well in his efforts.
However if he is successful I hope he invest in some serious body armor.
There are more than a few on the alt-Left that would not hesitate to put a bullet in him with the little success that he has had so far.
Imagine how the pathological Left will come out of the sewers to attack him if he has substantial success in making their lives miserable.
My daughter and I started watching Milo clips this past summer {on Breitbart} while we were waiting for Trump Rallys to start and we both got hooked on his very smart {but very sick} humor.
Milo is extremely quick, has no fear, and will win any debate he gets involved in with the media.
I'm glad he is back, and don't worry about turning queer because you can laugh both with him and at him.
There is a dwindling sentiment that still thinks TV is the "real" media while YouTube, for example, is fringe. The younger folks simply do not think that way. In their minds, YouTube IS the media.
I'm 46 and I still have vestiges of the idea of old media dominance. But even I haven't had broadcast TV in my house in years. Or cable. Or satellite. If you ask me what I watch, I'll say it's all online.
There's not really any good reason to outlay all that money to break into a failing business model, when it'll go farther and have more influence online.
I attended his Georgia Millennials For Trump during the election cycle. And he proved there he could attract the local politicians and younger crowd.
Even after the rally, he hung around for 45 minutes to shake hands and do selfies with people.
In our War against the Left, he's the first warrior to successfully break through the lines on the Hollywood front. Bill Mayer fed him to the the lions on his show, and he came out without a scratch.
My sentiments exactly.
PEDO TV? He brings more drama then he is worth. He’s our Elizabeth Warren.
>>Hes our Elizabeth Warren.
He’s a prissy self-worshipping canary nailing itself to the deck of the fithcally conthervative Titanic.
Yep. And many of them are posting here on the 3,855th most popular website in America (when they're not outside, yelling at clouds).
Milo isn't looking for support from the traditional right.
He has his sites set on the armies of people who get their news from YouTube, post about it on Reddit, promote it on Twitter and rally the troops on 4chan.
The traditional right is welcome to come along but they'd better grow some thick skin, not be such snowflakes, because today's conservative warriors are a little rough around the edges.
Bill is a big name, but if you seen youtube which is demonizting conservatives now. You will know there is an enormous amount of Great Conservative talent out there.
We could open our own comedy network, but we would have to gear it towards the internet age with wide spread distribution. Cable TV is going down.
I only have Internet access as well. Been that way for at least a year now and see no need to change anything.
I can almost everything I want to see online and without commercials so why bother with pay tv...
