I worked at a company that hired off the welfare rolls to get a tax break. One day I was in a bathroom closet stall listening to two men at the urinals. These guys were bragging about their children. Counting the number of bitches and ho’s led me to believe they had three or four each by as many different women.
I was supposed to take pictures of the line for a brochure. Every time I raised the camera the people I pointed it at literally ran away from their stations. The black floor supervisor wandered over. Sighing, he said, “what are you doing?” “Photos for the brochure.” He said, “these guys have outstanding warrants and people looking for child support. They don’t want their picture taken.” I actually had to have people from the professional staff come out and act as models at the various stations.
So, pregnancy won’t bother them. But what I suspect is, the article is more sinister than it appears on its face. These guys have either an STD or AIDS. They are purposely infecting their sex partners.

First, it does not say whether the “partner” is male or female.
Second, unless they are drunk or drugged up, the women would know. A guy involved in anal sex, probably not.
If “protection” is solely up to the woman she’s choosing the wrong man. Dump lowlife types.
That’s actually NOT new. In the 80’s and 90’s among teenagers, the boys bragged about ‘busting through’ the condoms and the girls never knew it. They’d get themselves into just the right position, and slam through it. The only difference between then and now is what they’ve named it. I call it deception.
And God only knows how long it’s been going on since condoms were invented.
The number one way to improve your status and quality of life is to choose your friends well. This is entirely up to you.
These females must have loose vaginas if they cannot tell if the condom is off. Either that or the men are duds and the female just drifts off.

O.K. the deceit is wrong, granted. Now then, is it “stealthing” if the condom breaks during intercourse, but for whatever were the circumstances when and right after it broke, it was not noticed until it was over - release had occurred with a broken condom.
How about not seeing sex as recreation between uncommitted partners. In times past that whole situation would have been called “stealthing”. Can we make THAT a law?
No, doing the right thing in the first place is now verbotten as far as the law goes. You can be stupid and risky but only if the risks that can happen do happen is someone “guilty”. It’s - don’t worry, your not guilty if nothing goes wrong, so go ahead and treat sex as recreation between unattached couples. Don’t pray that all goes well though, you could have your prayer ignored.

I recall a case in Toronto where a guy was charged with sexual assault because he had permission with a condom but not without.
