Some call it stealthing, others calls it sexual assault. Its a disturbing new trend with dangerous consequences. Men are taking off their condoms during sex without their partners knowledge, then bragging about it online. "To change this from a legal behavior to an illegal behavior, the legislature or the courts are going to have to further define what consent means, Chamberlain said. The study also stated there is no record of a United States Court reviewing a case of stealthing. It did note foreign countries like Switzerland and Canada have prosecuted men for the act.

O.K. the deceit is wrong, granted. Now then, is it “stealthing” if the condom breaks during intercourse, but for whatever were the circumstances when and right after it broke, it was not noticed until it was over - release had occurred with a broken condom.
How about not seeing sex as recreation between uncommitted partners. In times past that whole situation would have been called “stealthing”. Can we make THAT a law?
No, doing the right thing in the first place is now verbotten as far as the law goes. You can be stupid and risky but only if the risks that can happen do happen is someone “guilty”. It’s - don’t worry, your not guilty if nothing goes wrong, so go ahead and treat sex as recreation between unattached couples. Don’t pray that all goes well though, you could have your prayer ignored.
In the healthcare system, I was talking to a patient who had just found out he would be a father again, I think it was #5.
He was a single, homeless alcoholic/addict. I said, “Oh, that can be stressful,” meaning it was a big responsibility - he was totally nonchalant about it and I realized it was because he knew he would be contributing exactly zero dollars to the cost of the child, so it was no skin off his back.
42? Must be a challenge for that many aspiring rappers to share the mic at the family reunion.
An old limerick (cleaned up):
In days of olde
When knights were bold,
Before rubbers were invented,
They used a sock
To cover their (male chickens)
And babies were prevented.
With some of these “females” today, you’ll have to go back beyond grandma to find someone married.
I’m sure some of his “donations” will be in the joint before long, too.
But I wasn't even having sex I was just walking down the street!
I doesn't matter it's my job to see that you're properly outfitted with a condom and you weren't! We take the law very seriously here.
Any opportunity to bash men. Have you seen the video floating around the internet from the unborn child to her Dad? It’s all about how she’s going to be assaulted, verbally abused, etc... and how he should tell his son not to do the name calling and abusing of women that he probably did as a teen.
It’s a disgrace. Feminism, like liberalism, is a mental illness.
My, aren’t people dense. No I didn’t read the article but that’s SOP. No women are involved in “Stealthing”. Crazy ass old white heterosexual! Nothing in today’s society is about you. Get over yourselves.
Cuz being in “baby jail” for the next 18 years + is so attractive.
Poor little snowflakes now want the Government to protect them after they’ve said yes...... Well guess what...these gals are on their own then....what utter nonsense!
What happened to the idea “THEY” have control over their own bodies??????
Women are utter failures today in how they see themselves let alone a man. As always they want the âfreedomâ to do what they want, including sexually, but without the responsibility for the acts or the results of those acts.
Typical irresponsible behavior is all it is. But of course when a baby is in view.. now it’s all about her ‘right’ and ‘choice’ to her body! Forgetting entirely she made her choice and used her right when she pulled down her pants....she said yes.
That would be the easiest solution to most of these problems.

“Thats actually NOT new. “
not in the least. when I worked construction in the 70’s a laborer told me he used to nick his condoms when he was younger so they’d split during intercourse. I’m guessing that would have happened in the 1950’s.
A case of "First the Hindenburg, and now this!"
I recall a case in Toronto where a guy was charged with sexual assault because he had permission with a condom but not without.
Isn’t this basically what Julian Assange is wanted for in the Netherlands?
I do not assume this story is true. Sounds like a false story, like how men beat their wives during the Superbowl., etc.
Exactly. Article smells of feminist BS.
