United will have the right to the full report, via discovery. It would be catastrophic for Demetrio to have lied about what’s in it, for that very reason.
HIPPA laws prevent you from seeing the report. You are not an attorney representing the party that’s about to be sued (into oblivion).
Please do this next time...if you are on a flight which is overbooked, and your seat is selected by random lottery to be given up....start a physical altercation with the authorities by grabbing on to the arm rest of the seat and refuse to leave. But do not say I did not warn you to avoid disobeying the authorities. May be you need a free extraction of a couple of bad teeth.
