My instincts say this guy is a BLM type and the women were white. Not hard to figure out a motive.
Not hard at all. It was the very FIRST thing I thought of. I am flabbergasted that they described the perp, but gave the standard BS PC statement, that they don't know what the motive is. Horse hockey. They know exactly what the motive is.
The perp needs to be caught, tried and drawn & quartered. THIS KIND OF CRIME DESERVES MAXIMUM PUNISHMENT. The old system of punishment (Capital) works.
And, at 86 and 61, very unlikely to be able to fight back against this coward.
