No ... I’m in the back running experimental electronics while the pilots are flying programmed patterns over some remote and obscure part of the world ... In between, we get to see the country from 5000 feet. It’s awesome.
I spent one summer with a couple lady pilots; both competent and fun people. ‘Twas a good time.

Yeah, you should have been on my first flight in an Airbus when the captain announced that our new first officer (me) will be taking off for the first time ever in this here Airbus; there’ll be a slight pause while the CA’s top off your adult beverage.
