Assembly Bill 946 by Assemblyman Phil Ting, D-San Francisco, would force the state to drop its pension investments in any companies involved in the project.

The California public employee's pension program is $800 billion unfunded so that ain't much of a hammer

Trump should just ban California companies from bidding. Let them have what they want.

Illegals don’t pick lettuce year ‘round. They’ll build the wall in the off season.

I don’t see how such a boycott would be legal if the firm was participating in a federal government project

Can a state divest from its own government?

This is why no politician should be forced to release their tax returns. The liberals will punish any company going business with Trump.

So, the libs are lawsuit happy, I would immediately sue the state over this, it will NEVER hold up in court.

And of course if some contractor sued for being blacklisted, the liberal courts would throw the suit out.

.
“Blacklisting” is a felony, as is discussing the intent to blacklist. (conspiracy)

Build the wall everywhere else in order to funnel illegals into CA. I guess they can then show the rest of the country how heartfelt and caring they are towards illegals aka Dreamers.

Pyrrhic victory even if it should be enacted.

Foolish to go against the public when the overwhelming number of them take a common sense stand against this lawlessness.

The judge denying Trumps non-funding of Sanctuary Cites is another example of their stupidity.

Foolish Leftists, please keep going as we’ve had our fill of you.

Texas should offer to relocate any company that KKKalifornia blacklists.

This kind of commie craps will continue to happen as long as braindead voters insist on electing America-hating “democrats” to office.
