Americans hold dim views of Congress and of House Speaker Paul Ryan, a new Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll finds, with favorable opinions declining since February.
Nearly three-quarters of Americans disapprove of Congress’s job performance, up 12 percentage points since February, the poll found. Just one-fifth said they approve of the job Congress is doing, a drop of 9 points.
Mr. Ryan (R., Wis.) is one focus of growing dissatisfaction, with 40% saying they view the House speaker negatively, compared with 22% who had a positive view—an 18-point gap. In February, unfavorable opinions outweighed positive ones by just 1 point.

Ryan cares not a whit about Public opinion or the People - he only cares whether or not the folks in Wisconsin will keep voting for him - until Wisconsin tells him to get on the stick, he will continue being the Head RINO against the People.
Ryan and the Republican House leadership take their marching orders from the Chamber of Crony Commerce. And the Triple C of corruption wants no change in the status-qua. That is why the House looks like an impudent 98 yr. old man out of Viagra, it is all on purpose.

It’s not he people of Wisconsin he answers to...they are merely there to be manipulated by millions in advertisement and outreach. Like most in Congress, he’s made sure his district is secure. The people he answers too are those COC establishment types with the Uber-huge bucks...the ones buying his secluded, walled mansion for him and making him wealthy beyond his wildest imagination. American politicians have one single ability, and they exercise it incessantly: Sell Out.
Paul Ryan can lead the way to jail for all the other congress critters.

Ryan and his enuchs want to destroy Trump Presidency. Look at the delays in getting his people scheduled for approval in Congress especially in DOJ. What is Sessions doing in getting his staff hired?.
It’s like they are giving the people the finger- you won getting Trump but will make you sorry he won by blocking his goals and his promises.
