I know at least a dozen in the tech business that are highly successful. I cannot sense that they are high at work, but they are not bashful about getting high in the evening and on weekends.

It’s well known in this business.

That's a business that I'm in. Imagine how much more successful they might be if they could focus and had decent short-term memories.

They're living off the depreciation of their brain cells, and they started out as gifted people. That they're (still) functional doesn't make what they're doing good for them.
