Frustrating, but not surprising.

If it’s true that the funds couldn’t be withheld for some months anyway because of how the budget is set up, at least there’s time to work on straightening this mess out.

I just don’t understand how an activist judge can get away with blocking a sitting President who is following the law. This should be a no-brainer!

Instead, it makes the judicial branch the controlling power in our government, and that is not right.

That's flat-out dangerous. If we allow these people to restructure the Constitution then the war's over and they won. The Constitution is what's kept us free, the only thing that's worked.

The judiciary is supposed to be a co-equal branch of government, how are they calling the shots?

How can any judge say that a city that is violating federal law cannot have funds withheld?

This and the Muslim terrorist ban need to get fasttracked to the SC.
