That's flat-out dangerous. If we allow these people to restructure the Constitution then the war's over and they won. The Constitution is what's kept us free, the only thing that's worked.
The judiciary is supposed to be a co-equal branch of government, how are they calling the shots?
Exactly.
Our government is supposed to be a system of checks and balances, but when you have judges legislating from the bench and disregarding the Constitution, then there is NO check for the judicial branch.
Where is the accountability for the judges?
