Ivanka is not the First Lady. She is a volunteer federal employee that apparently doesnt have working hours like a federal employee...but now has a Chief of Staff and a spokesperson.

There is no such thing as a "volunteer" federal employee. She is now a political appointee federal employee who is an assistant to the President. She can donate her salary, but she must comply with the rules governing all federal employees and must go thru the proper security clearances.
When you are at the highest levels of government, you don't have working hours. You don't punch a clock. In my experience, these political appointees put in far more hours than a regular federal employee. They get no overtime.
What is wrong with her having a staff? Why this animus towards Ivanka who worked so hard during the campaign to get her father elected? She has put her personal business interests on hold in compliance with federal regulations.

Problem being the ties between a father and his daughter,which i also resemble.
My guess is Trump has a number of advisors and should any of them get out of line from daughter to son-in-law to Bannon to the rest they will hear about it.
With one's daughter you probably don't use as harsh a tone however.
In the end I see Trump being his own man and making his own decisions. Those who would like to influence him are uncountable but in the end I think he makes the call.

Btw..I would really like to hear why Trump has not Repealed DACA on day one as promised. Did he mean when he said it. I think he did. So who convinced him not to repeal it.

If you read some of the reviews of "Shattered" on Amazon, many say it's just a pity party by a couple of Hillary lovers. They (and Hillary) blame Comey, the Russians, Hillary's staff -especially Robby Mook- and just about everybody and everything else. They never admit that it was she --.a terrible candidate -- for the real reason she lost.
I have access to it on tape, so I'll listen to it while driving on a trip sometime soon.
