Yup, Roger Ailes and FoxNews have specialized in female eye candy, and the whole culture has backfired on them. Some of the women are also very bright, some not so much, but certainly most of them have had a certain “babe” looks to some degree. I got tired of all the fake blonde, fake hair early on, though!

Of course this author conveniently forgets about Greta... no one would put her into the bimbo category that I do agree every othe female on the channel has the looks of. Dressed like going to a night club instead of work... insanely short dresses, screw me now heels, etc...
But yes there is no doubt fox used the sex sells angle to the nth degree with its female casting... but this isn’t surprising other than the over the top nature of it. TV is about appearance and like it or not it’s not easy to find an unattractive broadcast female anchor on any news program in a market of reasonable size.
There is a reason beer commercials have fit young women in their commercials and not 40 somethings that long ago let themselves go because well... why bother?
