An internal rebellion could happen. Cutting the head off the snake would trigger an internal groundswell of everyday citizens unifying with the South and that would be awesome. THERE ARE LOTS OF NK/SK FAMILIES separated by the border!

What do I think will happen? Kim will be assassinated, an internal 'rebellion' aimed at unification with the South will occur and the border will be peacefully dissolved. And then I woke up. LOL

I would like to see Kim tossed, with a more moderate leader taking charge.

Part of that deal would see all nuclear and missile technology abandoned, turned over to outside people. China or Russia would be fine, just to get it all gone.

Then the North should focus on it’s people, improving their lives at once.

Then the North and South could negotiate any future developments.

You nailed it. Russia, China, the US, all rattling their swords - this has little to do with Kim and everything to do with provoking a coup. The Squeeze is on except that instead of a beryllium shell it is a three headed pressure cooker boasting tanks, troops and navy. Watch NK go internally nuclear as the pressure mounts.
