If true, it will make it all the more obvious that O’Reilly’s firing was over cooked-up fake claims.

Yup.
O’Reilly may or may not have made inappropriate comments but odds are he was Herman Cained.

Why not say if the sun rises tomorrow it will prove O’Reilly was fired for fake claims.
Your logic is false, there would be no connection between such events unless you can prove one.

It's really quite simple. Years ago the news media was the gate keeper on what got reported and how it was presented and how political candidates were supposed to be perceived by the masses. In the late 1980’s and in the 1990’s alternative media came forward breaking the monolith however it still wasn't much of a threat. In 2000 the media was able to start the drumbeat of selected not elected, worse economy in 50 years and in 2003 he lied us into war. In 2008 after being spoon fed the selected narrative the masses were prepared to receive the anointed messiah Barack Obama. The narrative of greatest legacy of a President and it's time make history again in 2016 didn't work as expected. The fact that Trump came out of nowhere and was able to “steal” the Presidency shocked the establishment elites. They now have decided that it's time to wrest control back of all the media and as usual the establishment will use the politics of personal destruction in order to regain control to keep the masses in line.

FWIW, I think the timing of this so close to the EU’s approval of the Sky takeover deal rather let that cat outta the bag.
The uniparty is multinational.

It’s politically motivated.
Sean has said he’d move out of New York if his job didn’t keep him there. he could do his radio program from anywhere. I know of a couple of TV networks in no-income tax red states.
