I look at pics of my wife as a young girl, total tomboy. Cute, but defiantly tomboy who excelled in sports and loved her matchbox cars. In her teens she blossomed and became drop dead gorgeous with a knock out smile. Her family is large, devout and for the most part, conservative and nature was allowed to take it’s course.
That is what I am guessing.... She already has the weakness for it and they see her as a new recruit.
