It is short cruse to the ME across the Indian Ocean. Maybe we do not have a 100% clear greenlight from China and we are imposing our national will in our national interest. Isn’t it interesting that Republicans and Democrats cannot not agree on National Policy?

Thank you for your reply earlier in this thread. And yes, our political parties even appear to disagree with each other on foreign relations policies. You might also find the following to be interesting.

Of course, many of us and our leaders have already known it for a long time. The situation is obvious to anyone who is at least somewhat familiar with geographical and cultural history of the East.
