These insane gangs will murder people for next to no reason. It’s part of the plan to cow everyone. Look at one of them funny and they might kill you too. It’s not always drugs or rival gangs.
Some of the black gangs have initiation rites where the initiate has to commit a murder. That’s garden variety for many black gangs.
Some of the Hispanic gangs take even that up a notch. Not just murder-murder of an “innocent” (which in gang-speak means not affiliated in any way with another gang). Not just murder-but sadistic violence and murder. Not just the world and the flesh-but, quite literally, the devil-literal worship of Satan.
