Similar to the fake tanks of GEN Patton’s non existent army across the channel before the Normandy invasion. Problem is today’s satellite imagery is a bit more sophisticated to expose those kinds of deception operations. Nice try though. It is the idea that counts right? :-)

Can fake missiles now be detected from satellites somehow?
Saw a documentary on the “camouflage army” a few days ago. It was 40 years before these men were allowed to talk about what they did in the great war.
Some went on to use their skills to build great careers. One was Bill Blass.
When we actually got into Saddam’s stash didn’t it turn out most of it was fake? I know all the tacky gold furniture was fake, and I seem to recall fake technology. When it came down to it, all they could do was lob SCUD missiles. His bluster was his downfall.
