Wait a minute! This is California, the sanctuary capitol. And Liberals can not be racists. They are and have been for generations the savior of all the minorities on earth. Those two pieces of that statement are simply the opposites. (Yeah, right)

The travails of historic “racism” race-card politics bucking up against the inevitability of Reconquista politics coupled with a dire need of revenue enhancement. In the end, no specialized victim group in California will be safe from the everlasting need for greed and money.
