I’ll bet a lot of those “pussy hats” are acrylic &
polyester fiber that do not lend themselves to
recycling. If they were 100% cotton, they would recycle
OK. - Of course, the pink dye might be caustic.
They could cut out a part of the hats to show solidarity with this cultural ‘woman’s issue’ .
