South of Dallas / Ft.Worth. Not too far from my old haunts around the Cleburne area. Reckon I can find the festivities at Gatesville okay, but it'll have to be next year.

South of Dallas / Ft.Worth. I can Dream. An associate of mine has an 80 acre ranch down that way in a little town called Palmer. I don't know what he paid for it, but he said it's a lot less than most people would think.
