Walmart basically drives the American market until there is no way American manufacturers can turn a profit.

Once that's complete, they buy cheaply produced crap from overseas.

So is that bad ? You tell me. Walmart is good at what they do. No doubt. They have put more mom and pop stores out of business than anyone else.
