Leading conservative talker Mark Levin has strongly endorsed President Trump's strike on Syria, urging in his Friday night Levin TV show, "You should be very proud of your president, that's a leader."
Levin, never one to rip Trump, said, "By God, when he does the right thing and he does it in such a wonderful way, as a true leader, then he needs to have our support. We need to have his back."
Throughout the day, some of Trump's supporters have criticized the president for the strike, which they believe violates his campaign promises to keep America from deeper involvement in world crises.
But Trump, who initially leaned against action, said the Syrian government's poisoning of children changed his mind and Levin endorsed that change, a powerful message of support that should carry weight in the conservative wing of the GOP.
Levin also dismissed calls for Trump to get the OK first from Congress, saying, "Under the War Powers Act, it's perfectly legal."

Well, since 2013 he did not agree with being involved and bombing Syria. He felt the same after the other chemical cal attack. He believed Isis was involved. That was a selling point for me.
Then he changed his mind this week. Even up to 4 days ago he told the leader of the UN that he wasn’t going after Assad. So, who the hell had his ear this week? McCain?
I suspect “neocon” is any Republican considered a warmonger, like John McCain.
I look at it exactly the same way. It has no real meaning it’s just a manipulative debate tactic. Freeze and polarize the opposition.
“Bannon was fired?”
No. Some are reacting to a story Axios put out saying “aides inside the White House” told them Trump is thinking about firing Bannon and Prebius and replacing them with Gary Cohn and Kevin McCarthy because Jared Kushner told him to.
I call Fake News.
Let me show the evidence. Then tell me it is nonsensical and does not support what I say.

Syria strike reactions: what top Republicans and Democrats in Congress are saying

“Republicans generally were quick to speak out in support of the presidents action. Sens. John McCain (R-AZ) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC) leaders of the GOPs interventionist wing who have long pushed for greater US military action against the Syrian regime, and who have been harsh critics of Trump praised the move in a joint statement.”
CNN even supports him! Don’t believe me? Let me show you!

Saudi Arabia, who provided the chemical weapons to the Syrian rebels for the chemical weapons attack on Ghouta, Syria back in August 2013, supports Trump, too! Don’t believe me? Here ya go!

Now what were you saying?
`Neocon’ when now used by conservatives and applied to #nevertrumpers—odd as it seems, for the last 24 hours all `Rah rah rah President Trump!’—is when we’re trying to be polite, instead of saying “cuckservatives”: as when southern belles say, “Isn’t that nice?” instead of “Go bone yourself.”
A cuckservative is a `man’ who will watch while his spouse/countrymen is getting railed and hold the rapists’ coats.
If an avid Trump-skeptic such as Levin—who happens to be a patriotic Constitutional expert—agrees that the President was justified in launching these airstrikes in Syria—under the auspices of the War Powers Act—that's officially good enough for me.
Or else I guess Mark Levin is just another globalist neocon sellout, according to the knee-jerk armchair generals around here...
Ha! Maybe if you paid me. I haven't listened to Levin since last June of last year. The guy's a phony, part of the Conservative Inc., Empire that cares more about hawking books and remaining relevant than actually solving problems.
BTW Andrew Wilkow on Sirius XM Patriot 1200-1500 weekdays got it locked. He is eating everybody's lunch with analysis.
Who cares!!!!!! And Warren probably hates him for it as well as Sanders and Ron Paul. And guess what they’d be praising him if he took NO ACTION. Yes the logic is completely and utterly nonsensical
Only if we know that poison gas was in the planes and not in a warehouse on the ground. Either seems possible. I don’t want to push Russia to war because ISIS has poison gas (beyond the sarin they captured in 2014 when ISIS was winning).
He jumped the gun without an investigation first. So anything he does you’ll just go along with it because it’s Trump, right?
You are aware that the last chemical attack on Ghouta, Syria back in August 2013, initially blamed on Assad, was actually committed by the Syrian rebels? And who supplied those chemical weapons? Saudi Arabia.
I’m sorry I will listen to him however I have an extremely hard time believing there isn’t anyone on the radio that espouses and know the constitution and its history more thanMark. I’ll stick with the guy who worked in the Regan Admin within the Justice Dept
I get ya, but understand that previous administrations have already entangled us in foreign adventures from which we must gradually and skillfully unhook ourselves from.
The President can't (and shouldn't) simply turn on his heel and walk away from messes like Syria, simply because he had no hand in creating them. His predecessors brought about the conditions there by meddling in these countries' internal affairs, leveraging one group against another, allying us with the worst sort of actors, then cutting tail and running when it all imploded. Their utter incompetence and bald faced criminality has nearly set the world aflame, and they'd be all too happy to watch it blow sky high in Trump's face.
If he were stupid enough to listen to the advice of the guilty parties, it would, too. Instead, he chose to act like a true leader and show real strength. He's put everyone on the planet on notice that the dumb shit stops Now.
Levin has been both supporting and not supporting Trump based on the specific issues.
You know, like what you are doing.
Are you aware the CIA pushed a coup détat in Syria in 1949 that pushed out the democratically-elected Hashim al-Atassi?
The reason for the coup? To run the Trans-Arabian Pipeline through Syria which Atassi did not want.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hashim_al-Atassi
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trans-Arabian_Pipeline
And why are the US, Europe, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Israel involved covertly and overtly in the overthrow of Assad? Because they want to run a natural gas pipeline from Qatar to Europe which would run right through Syria.
Is the fight over a gas pipeline fuelling the worlds bloodiest conflict?
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3542167/posts
Think about that for a sec. WW3 will be over a natural gas pipeline that Assad does not want in his back yard.
You want to keep drinking the Fool-Aid that Trump’s feeding you? Be my guest!
I’m very critical of Trump however I say he had it right here. You equate him to a no nothing bafoon with little to no critical thinking. Do you think he never asked this question? Quizzes and challenges eachbintel he was given knowing the state of the intel community?
You have no faith or trust or ability in Trump. He didn’t get where he has made it without critical thinking and deductive reasoning.
This airstrike doesn't change that. He clearly stated his purpose and that was limited to making his position on the use of chemical weapons clear.
The term, ‘neocon’, has no real meaning, except when used as a slur. Thus has it ever been.
Use it at your own risk.
BINGO BINGO!!! See he has problems with ISSUES. Whereas some supporters take that personally as if he were attacking the person.
That my friend is what we call cult of personality when one is unable to separate the man from the issues and support him no matter the stance
