I have it on very good authority from DC (my old practice area) that DOD has, and if need be will release, E-3 / Navy / J-Star track of the actual a/c that dropped the chem, from T/O to the drop run, to landing.

Sort of a repeat of the Adlai Stevenson “I’m prepared to wait until hell freezes over” line at UN if needed.
