Judge Napolitano weighed in on Rice-gate, giving us his expert opinion on the subject of unmasking private citizens for reasons other than national security, “That’s called espionage”.

Can she reveal the identity of an American for a purpose other than national security? Absolutely not. Can she ask for more Americans involved an then unmask them and say to her boss, ‘by the way, guess what Trump and Manafort were talking about last night?’ You know what that’s called? That’s called espionage. That’s called the failure to safeguard top secret information.”

Judge Nap also went on to point out that Susan Rice only has one boss, one person she reports to and that’s Obama. He also said that the FBI needs to challenge Susan Rice as to why she ordered the unmasking.

[[Even if she had the legal power to unmask the names in foreign intelligence intercepts, that power is not unlimited.]]

Hence the espionage charge- Citizens can not be unmasked for political purposes- period- it’s not lawful - it’s only lawful when it’s not for political purposes and when it is to determine if someone or their associates are a threat or not-

[[ Additionally, that gives her no legal power to leak it to the NY Time or Washington Post.]]

That is an additonal charge that compounds the issue even further- what she did was serious- and she compounded it by leaking it (iIF it can proved she did the leaking)_

Combine all this with the fact that HRC and some of her staff retained security clearances after HRC left SOS.

You know what that’s called? That’s called espionage.

And many, many counts, would that not be correct?

And, what about CONSPIRACY? One doubts that she was freelancing and curious; rather, one suspects several peeps were involved in on this.

It's amazing the crimes that some people might commit if they thought they were working for a thoroughly corrupt leader who was powerful enough to shield them from prosecution.

My question:

What is it when an administration currently in power mishandles intelligence, unmasks names, collects info for the purpose of de-legitimizing and/or bringing down a President-elect and his incoming administration.

Granted, I am not a lawyer, but I call it treason.

If no one is held accountable a "peaceful transfer of power" will be nothing more than a feel good cliche.

We are witness to the most serious threat to our freedom since the surrender of Cornwallis at Yorktown in 1781.

Unless some high ranking commies are tried, convicted, sentenced, and jailed (for years), then the law means nothing.

If the crown/party/"government"/oligarchy decides where and when the law applies, or sets it aside for it's own convenience, all we have is tyranny.

It is getting close to time for some olde tyme public tarrin' & featherin'.

She can claim she did it and acted alone and take the fall for her boss who probably ordered her to do it. What did she have to gain by doing this? What did Obama have to gain? A LOT more than her. A Trump presidency puts him in serious jeopardy for future prosecution.
