The law says “foreign intelligence value”. That’s a very broad and imprecise standard.
Scooter never did jail time. Bush commuted the jail part of his sentence. Scooter paid a $250K fine, did 2 years of probation, did community service and lost his law license until it was recently reinstated.
Martha did jail time.

I could easily come up with a dozen bullshit stories on why the unmasking was of “foreign intelligence value”.
They must come up with the leaker to unwind this and have any hope of criminal charges for anyone.

No it won’t be difficult. Either she had proper justification to do so or not. Remember, the unmasking came towards the end of the administration. Even James Clapper said there was no evidence of Trump and his associates conspiring with Russia. So what justification could she then have, other than political, to unmask innocent participants prior to leaving her position and Obama his office?
And just what league is that?
The same league where a plainly written law is easily understood? Or the league where people go off half-cocked without any knowledge of what the law says?
We have no idea what investigations are underway at Justice or another branch of government.
Nice list, but shouldn’t you have included Hillary in any list of corrupt female Democrats in the Obama administration?
James Clapper said there was no evidence of Trump and his associates conspiring with Russia. So how does a political officer like Rice at the NSA have justification to unmask the American participants when there was no proof of any conspiracy?
“foreign intelligence value” has no legal definition and is left solely to the judgement of those empowered to unmask.

To cite ONE example: there was “foreign intelligence value” to unmasking Flynn because of his prospective position and he was talking to the Russian ambassador.
It’s purely a judgement call.
Only 3 people have the power to unmask, Loretta Lynch, John Brennan and Susan Rice.

You note that it has been claimed “Susan Rice pulled intelligence transcripts...” What is most interesting about that is that someone must have told her where to look. Otherwise collating material from NSA intercepts concerning activity within the Trump camp would be like looking for a needle in a haystack.
Sure seems like he’s on the run. It he going to extend his world tour to 2+ years or more?
