Susan Rice, who was former President Barack Obama’s national security adviser, did not respond to a report from Bloomberg columnist Eli Lake that on multiple occasions, she made requests to unmask United States citizens connected to President Donald Trump’s transition team.
According to Lake, Rice did not respond to an email seeking comment on the story.
The breaking news helps confirm some of President Trump’s accusations that senior Obama officials were involved in disseminating classified information about his transition team to the media, fueling new details about the congressional investigations into Russia’s meddling in the election.

You can be sure that Obama, Valarie Jarrett, Susan Rice and others had a meeting about unmasking these calls. IMHO they all new about it including the likes of Evelyn Farkis.
I don’t understand why she did this.
What Obama should have said when appointing Rice:
“I promised Susan this appointment when she followed my orders and went on 5 Sunday morning talk shows to blatantly lie to the American people about Benghazi. Remember everyone, it pays to do exactly what I say.”
So the surveillance began a year before the inauguration, this was before Trump was the GOP nominee. Which begs the question, how many of the other GOP candidates were being targeted for surveillance under the ruse of national security? This story has more legs to be sure...

I think that was a half year after Trump announced, but you have a good point, was Cruz also targeted?
And the MSM continues to ignore it. I can see the back rooms at CNN, NBC, ABC, CBS, all the editors are rationalizing why they need to continue to ignore the news story.
So correct there. Now, the new beachhead will be, "but nobody's ever been prosecuted for that before - you're only pursuing this because she is black."
I just saw a headline where she has denied these charges/allegations.
It doesn’t matter any longer, they no longer have a monopoly on the news. A majority of Americans will learn of Obama Inc’s crimes, and only the bitter clingers hunkering down in the democratic underground bunkers will be shocked when they learn of this.
You gotta believe that he was...this was not isolated only to Trump. Just like the weaponization of the iRS against conservatives, so too was the intelligence community weaponized to go after Obama’s political enemies.
It’s seriously time to put Susan into protective custody. Her life is in grave danger. I mean this.
Not to mention the Obama Administration outright spied on the Washington Press and their computers, our allies overseas and Obama had operatives in Israel to manipulate for the left that election (which failed).
