Hayes suggests that fear is not just an aspect of white identity; it is the very reason for it — that whiteness in America was constructed and is still maintained, through power structures such as the criminal justice system, to dominate people defined as nonwhite and to control the resulting anxiety about the possibility of rebellion.

All this nonsense could be easily taken care of my admitting that all cultures are not equally successful. Human instincts evolved in a world where all wealth comes from nature and to succeed in a world where most wealth comes from human labor one has to undergo counter instinctive cultural progress.
Yes, in America the Black murder rate gravitates towards 70 per 100,000 a year. It does that in every country. In every country the white murder rate gravitates towards 10 per 100,000 a year. In America Blacks make around 35% less than whites. In Latin American countries the number is 50% less and in Europe its also 35% less. What happens in America also happens around the world.
The difference here is religion. We can’t deal with these issues directly because the majority wants salvation by faith alone to be the answer to all problems.
The elephant in the room is Why People of Color Are Unable to Live Like Civilized People. But nobody wants to face that.

I am not watching it, but my first instinct was ... how many people know that it was WHITE people who rescued a lot of black people; and many of the white people paid with their lives.
