No one is forcing/mandating you to vaccinate your kids. There are exemption loopholes for every idiot and Luddite out there if they are truly committed to risking the lives and health of their kids. Child abuse comes in many forms.
That depends on what state you live in at the present time. Many states have laws that require a child to have their shots in order to go to school, daycare, etc.
