That depends on what state you live in at the present time. Many states have laws that require a child to have their shots in order to go to school, daycare, etc.

Why should we worry about that? After all won’t you be happy to get in line for your mandatory, updated CDC schedule for adults? sarcasm intended

That doesn't mean you are being forced to vaccinate your kids. Driving a car requires you have insurance, but no one is forcing you to drive a car. The schools just don't think stupid parents should be allowed to put other kids at risk because they're stupid.

I have all my vaccination updated. Ask anyone with shingles if they wish they'd had been vaccinated against chicken pox. But again, you keep using the word mandatory in this conversation. Either you don't know what the word means or you are intentionally misrepresenting vaccines.
